Glenda Lee developed her 20+ year hospitality experience with notable brands including Hilton Worldwide and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Ms. Lee began fulltime customer service and hospitality marketing instruction when the NAF Academy of Hospitality & Tourism at Ballou Senior High School in Washington DC launched in 2015. The Academy earned nationally-recognized Distinguished status in 2019, positioning it as one of the top performing Academies of Hospitality and Tourism in the United States. Ms. Lee has since launched the TBT Hospitality Online Learning Center, utilizing remote learning to globalize training opportunities.
